Email Settings

Supported Settings

Username: user@your.domain.name (full email address required in username)

Outgoing (SMTP) Server smtp.[your.domain.name]
Incoming (POP3) Server pop.[your.domain.name]
Incoming (IMAP) Server imap.[your.domain.name]

Secure Email

We currently offer the ability to pickup your email using secure IMAP. Simply set your email client to connect using IMAP instead of POP3 (using the settings specified above) and then select "Connect Securely" or similar. If asked for a port to use for secure imap enter 993.

Upon initial connection to our service using secure IMAP your email client will prompt you to accept a certificate. A warning about an invalid name may appear - this is because the certificate is registered to our main imap server but you are accessing it via your domain name. Simply select "accept" and the certificate will be imported and used for future connections without any more errors.
