Setting Up Outlook 98 or 2000
Set up for Outlook 98 and 2000 are identical and as such these instructions will work for both products.

Double-click on the Microsoft Outlook icon from the desktop.
Select the 'Tools' menu from the menu bar.
Select 'Accounts' from the 'Tools' menu.
A dialog box appears
Click on the `Mail' tab.

Choose `Mail'. Enter your name in the dialog box. Click `Next'.
Enter your email address in the dialog box. Click `Next'.
Select "IMAP" from the menu box for the Incoming Mail Server.
Type in "imap.yourdomain.co.uk" or "imap.exa-networks.co.uk" in the Incoming Mail Server box.
Type in "smtp.yourdomain.co.uk" or "smtp.exa-networks.co.uk" in the Outgoing Mail Server box.
Click "Next".

Select "POP3" from the menu box for the Incoming Mail Server.
Type in "pop.yourdomain.co.uk" or "pop.exa-networks.co.uk" in the Incoming Mail Server box.
Type in "smtp.yourdomain.co.uk" or "smtp.exa-networks.co.uk" in the Outgoing Mail Server box.
Click "Next".
Type your username in the "IMAP Account Name" box.
Type your password in the "Password" box. Leave this out if you use a machine in a public area, then Outlook will ask for the password each time you try to read mail.
Click "Next".
Type "(your name)" in the "Internet Mail Account Name" box.
Click "Next".
Select "Connect Using My Local Area Network (LAN)" in the next dialog box.
Click "Finish".
