DSL Connectivity

We are seeing a problem communicating with BT in Manchester that has resulted in a large number of customer DSL connections losing connectivity this morning at around 08:10.

Our engineers are currently looking into the problem and updates will be posted as soon as we have more information

This appears to be the same fault that AAISP are reporting

BT are investigating the issue. We do not currently have an ETA but will continue to post updates as further information becomes available

We are informed that the problem has been traced to faulty hardware within BT's network.
They are arranging a replacement for the affected piece of equipment and we have been advised that an update on their progress should be available in 2 hours
