At Exa we are proud of the service levels that we keep on our products and networks, however, even with our best intentions, sometimes things go wrong!

Our service status page will keep you informed of any current unscheduled outages or disruption and what we are doing to resolve them.

We also have to keep our network and servers up to date to ensure your services continue to run without interuption and that means occasionally we will schedule some maintenance. This will always be done out of standard business hours and between the hours of 6am to 6pm.
