Exa's MySQL database servers are located directly on the our shared web hosting network and can be accessed by any site running on our Unix or Windows web platforms at lighting fast speeds, giving your website users the fast possible returns on the database queries.

Our servers support the use of the InnoDB storage engine which allows for the use of features such as row level data locking and SQL transactions (commit, rollback & savepoints).

For performance reasons we don't host any other services on machines running SQL Server, meaning database access is fast and reliable and unaffected by standard web traffic.
